I trimmed some plants to make a terrarium on mothers day and put the trimmings in a jar of water in hopes that they will root and create more plants. We will see what happens.

I bought this beautiful striped scarf at my favorite shop to find still life stuff "One Man's Treasure". I finally was able to include it in this composition. I especially liked painting the folds.

The two new actors huddle together at center stage struck with a bad case of stage fright. They feel all eyes on them... will they remember there lines... Oh the nerves! Thank goodness for the coaching they are receiving just off stage.
Just a note I am getting ready for a small show of my work to be held at the Allied Arts Council in Spruce Grove, here in Alberta. Most of the work will be posted here on my blog, but if you get a chance to come and see them in person, that would be wonderful. What kind of snake oil is this green pot peddling? I think the glass marbles are being lured in by his beaconing call, they seem to be curious at this spectacle. Hmm they might be wiser to stay clear.
