Looking Out
(not for sale)
I have been wanting to post this one for a few days now. I enjoyed painting this one so much, if I could have I would have crawled right into the pallet.
This is my son. I am so glad I was able to capture this moment and freeze it in time. He is growing up so fast and this image reminds me that every day I have to let him go. He is his own little person discovering his own way of moving through life. My husband and I have the privilege of the responsibility of caring for him and loving him, but ultimately he is God’s. We have faith that he will be in good hands as his curiosity brings him out into the world.
